2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The Company (GESTISYD) will process personal data collected through this website (www.gestisyd.es) for the following purposes:
- Management of inquiries and requests: To attend to inquiries, information requests, or petitions made by users through the contact form, email, or phone.
- Provision of services: To manage the contracting and provision of management and tax advisory services offered by GESTISYD (inheritance, donations, non-residents, etc.), including administrative management, billing, and case follow-up.
- Sending commercial communications (if consented): To send information about news, services, promotions, or news related to GESTISYD and the tax/legal sector, by electronic means (email, SMS, etc.), provided the user has given their explicit consent.
- Blog Management (if applicable): To manage comments or newsletter subscriptions for the blog.
- Use of the Calculator: Data entered into the tax calculators are used solely to perform the simulation requested by the user and are not stored or used for other purposes, unless otherwise indicated and consent is requested.
